         What is yoga?

    The word ”Yoga” is coming from Sanskrit which means Harmony, Combination, and Consistency. Yoga is a practice that for your body, your heart, and your spirit. It will enrich your power of physiology, psychology, emotion and spirit by practicing postures, breathing and meditation. Practicing Yoga is not only for body build, release stress, strong your body, and keeping young, but also open your mind, clam and refine your sprite, reach the harmony between us and the nature, make us more peaceful.

      Yoga is more than workout, but an idea, an attitude, and a life style. Yoga fits everybody. You don’t need any special equipment or clothing. The core idea is for healthier and better live style.
